When your device develops a fault, we encourage you to bring it to us. Quickly and effectively diagnosing any problems, we will provide a timescale to let you know when repairs will be completed. Whether it’s leaving your device with us for a few hours or overnight, we will contact you when your phone is ready to be collected as agreed.
We do not charge for any of our diagnostic work or for holding the phone. As with our computer services, we only charge for undertaking repairs and providing new components, and in the unlikely event that we cannot identify the fault, we will return your device with no charge.

Phone Unlocking
Additionally, our technicians offer a phone unlocking service. This will enable you to safely alter your device so that it is no longer tied to a specific phone network. The price of unlocking your phone depends on your device and the network you use, so get in touch to request a quote for unlocking your phone.
Delivery and Collection
If you can’t bring your device to our shop in Hackney, London, call us and we will take your information and provide advice about any services and repairs that may be required. Once you are happy with our plan, we will arrange a date for you to bring in the phone. We also offer collection and delivery within a two-mile radius of our office for just £15.
